Ron Connelly is a principal in Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville’s 340B litigation practice. He represents 340B covered entities (CE) and trade groups primarily on litigation related to the 340B program and Medicare. Ron has played a leading role in defending state 340B contract pharmacy access laws against manufacturer challenges, including successfully representing CE intervenors defending Arkansas’ law before the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. He and his firm also represent CE intervenors and amicus curiae in several other states. Ron is also among the attorneys representing a major health system in its 340B whistleblower lawsuit against four manufacturers, which the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals recently allowed to proceed.
