Ted Slafsky, Publisher & Chief Executive Officer of 340B Report, is a longtime healthcare thought leader and journalist. He has more than three decades of experience in the 340B program and journalism, including founding and overseeing 340B Report since its launch in 2020. He regularly gives talks across the country about the 340B program and other prescription drug policy matters.
Ted began his career as an award-winning journalist at U.S. News & World Report. He then served in senior leadership for 22 years at 340B Health, a Washington D.C.-based association representing more than 1600 hospitals and health systems participating in the 340B program. Ted served as 340B Health’s President & CEO for more than a decade. During his tenure, he co-founded and led the 340B Coalition, an umbrella group of national organizations representing 340B providers. Ted graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University with a political science degree and earned a Master of Public Policy from Duke University.
