CVS Health is terminating its existing 340B contract pharmacy and administrative services agreements with covered entities and replacing them with new ones next year.
U.S. Reps. Jack Bergman (R-Mich.) and Donald Davis' (D-N.C.) Sept. 17 resolution stated that FQHCs “should continue to operate under their longstanding, single patient definition for all services, including drugs purchased under the 340B drug pricing program.”
