340B Health, America’s Essential Hospitals (AEH), the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), the National Association of Children’s Hospitals—also known as the Children’s Hospital Association (CHA)—and the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) filed a Jan. 5 motion asking the 1st Circuit for permission to submit an amicus brief that supports the American Hospital Association (AHA) and other plaintiffs’ opposition to the Trump administration’s appeal.
