NuvemRx began with the merging of three organizations: 340Basics, Apovia, and Louvir. In 2024, these teams came together to create Nuvem, integrating their pharmacy operations, technology, and analytics capabilities into a single platform. Then, in November 2025, the company formally rebranded to NuvemRx, reinforcing its commitment to offering comprehensive solutions for community health providers dedicated to delivering accessible, affordable, and high-quality care. Since 2023, NuvemRx has expanded to serve hundreds of community health centers nationwide, processing more than 1.2 billion claims and generating over $1.8 billion in net 340B savings.

The safety net and community health providers are lifelines for uninsured and underinsured patients, yet many struggle to keep their doors open. By being their trusted partner, NuvemRx brings value and support to navigate the complexities of the 340B program, and uncovering new revenue and savings opportunities, we enable them to reinvest in their communities with expanded services and better care.
