340B REPORT SPONSOR SPOTLIGHT

RxParadigm

Q: Tell us some interesting details about your company’s history.

At RxParadigm, we like to think we’ve always been a few steps ahead, not because we have a crystal ball, but because we’ve learned that in this industry, complexity is the only constant. About four years ago, we built Tungsten+PLUS as a clean, end-to-end rebate platform. It did exactly what it was supposed to do… which, as it turns out, was just the beginning. As the 340B world started adding new twists—MFP, reporting requirements, rebate models—we didn’t panic or pivot wildly. We simply upgraded the engine. Today, that same Tungsten+PLUS has grown into a much more versatile platform, helping health systems, FQHCs, pharmacies, and manufacturers handle what can sometimes feel like a regulatory obstacle course.

Our mission has evolved in a similar spirit—thoughtful, forward-looking, and just a little bit amused by how quickly “simple” becomes “complicated.” Each new requirement is less of a surprise and more of an opportunity to refine what we’ve already built. Instead of chasing change, we’ve focused on building something that can keep up with it (and occasionally stay ahead of it). At this point, you could say RxParadigm specializes in turning industry chaos into something a bit more manageable—and maybe even a little elegant.

Q: Provide some fun facts about your company:

  • Founded during the COVID era—when “remote work” wasn’t a perk, it was survival. Our corporate office still serves as a strategy hub, while our team operates across 12+ states (and a few time zones that keep meetings interesting).
  • Our team includes former musicians, unapologetic data nerds, and deeply thoughtful voices from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds—all somehow aligned on solving the U.S. drug supply chain (yes, our meetings are as dynamic as they sound).
  • Tungsten+PLUS was originally built on blockchain—because we thought radical transparency was a great idea. The industry… had mixed feelings. We kept the patent anyway.

Q: What makes your company unique in the 340B space?

We like to think of ourselves as the team that actually brought tools to the “figure it out as we go” phase of MFP. We’re the only third-party platform that can support the entire Maximum Fair Price dispute process end-to-end—and we didn’t stop there, we also became the first to publish real-world data on how accurate (or not-so-accurate) those MFP claims actually are. Our Tungsten+PLUS platform has been quietly doing the heavy lifting for four years, which means we’re not theorizing—we’re operating with a head start and a working system. Add to that our ability to handle all the new claims-level reporting requirements, and you get a platform that doesn’t just keep up with 340B complexity—it smiles, rolls up its sleeves, and gets to work.

Q: What about your company’s work are you most proud of?

At RxParadigm, what we’re most proud of is our almost suspicious ability to keep up with the 340B program, no matter how many plot twists it throws our way. Just when everyone else is still reading the fine print, we’ve already built the workflow, tested it, and probably debated it across three different time zones. We were fully ready to roll for the 340B Rebate Pilot (currently on a very extended pause), and when MFP went live in January 2026, we didn’t panic—we just turned on the lights and got to work supporting health systems, FQHCs, pharmacies, and manufacturers. At this point, adapting to new 340B requirements isn’t a challenge—it’s basically our cardio. We take pride in building solutions that don’t just respond to industry chaos—they keep it from becoming total chaos in the first place (and yes, we do it with a straight face… most of the time).
