Mar. 4, 1-2 p.m. (ET)

With the government seeking feedback on a possible new rebate model, 340B legislation quickly moving through statehouses across the nation and federal lawmakers weighing various 340B proposals on Capitol Hill, it’s never been more important to stay on top of the latest developments.

Numerous states are already considering both provider-backed bills that would prohibit drugmakers from placing various 340B restrictions, as well as industry-backed proposals that would create new reporting requirements for covered entities. At the same time, Congress is considering legislation to reform 340B and protect certain providers from rebate models — and a key Senate committee chairman is continuing his 340B investigation.

The U.S. Department for Health and Human Services has also laid the groundwork for a potential new rebate rule, following litigation from hospital groups that halted its pilot’s Jan. 1 rollout.

Become a 340B Report subscriber now so you can join us on Wednesday, March 4 at 1 p.m. ET for an exclusive, subscriber-only webinar where 340B Report’s editorial team will break down the latest developments in states, Congress and the courts.
