A Can’t Miss Webinar on 340B Activity on Capitol Hill and the States
Join us for our first of three webinars to be held in 2023
Scrutiny over the 340B program has grown as result of two investigative series in the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal. The chair of a key U.S. House committee has called for hearings on the program and state legislatures are increasing their oversight over 340B providers including introducing bills to add new reporting requirements and transparency to the program. Meanwhile, covered entities are increasingly frustrated over the contract pharmacy impasse and more providers are calling on Congress to enact legislation to prohibit pharmaceutical manufacturers from imposing restrictions on 340B use. 340B entities are also pushing for protections against perceived discriminatory practices by PBMs and other payors.
Join 340B Report for a fascinating look at the latest developments and get a preview of what to expect in the coming months. The webinar, which will take place March 2, 2023 from 2:00-3:00 PM ET, will feature some of the nation’s leading and influential 340B advocates and analysts.
