Q: What kind of work does your company do in 340B and what makes it stand out?
Visante provides a variety of compliance and optimization services in the 340B space, from newly eligible Covered Entity implementation with mixed use and contract pharmacy, to annual external audits. What makes us stand out is our passion for our clients and their compliance, and that we truly want to make a difference. Visante routinely supports clients with day-to-day Program oversight and compliance management, which allows CE’s with staffing challenges to remain compliant and expand revenue and optimization opportunities.
Q: Why did you choose to work in the 340B space?
It is rewarding to watch the growth and success of Covered Entities, and to provide education and support to grantees and health systems taking care of our nation’s most vulnerable patients.
Q: What do you feel is your most significant contribution to the 340B world or to a 340B customer/client?
I believe our most significant contribution is transparency and making a difference by shining a light on Program gaps and opportunities, while always focusing on where a Program wants to go, not where they currently are. Ensuring that all CE’s have access to quality expertise is a passion of mine.
Q: What advice do you have for a young professional who has recently launched a career in the 340B space?
Ensure that you always put the client and Covered Entity first, and that you view every problem as an opportunity to provide a variety of solutions to assist Covered Entities further their 340B Program.
