Ted Slafsky, Publisher and Chief Executive Officer of 340B Report, is a long-time healthcare thought leader and journalist. Slafsky, Founder & Principal of Wexford Solutions LLC, has three decades of experience in 340B and journalism. He began his career as an award-winning reporter and researcher at U.S News & World Report. He then served in senior leadership for 22 years at 340B Health, a Washington D.C.-based association of over 1400 hospitals and health systems in the 340B program. There he started as executive director and then was elevated to President & CEO. During his tenure, he co-founded and led the 340B Coalition, an umbrella group of national organizations representing 340B providers. Ted also helped conceive and oversaw the 340B Health’s blog and its member-only e-newsletter.


Tom Mirga is 340B Report’s Editor in Chief and lead writer. Mirga is a veteran Washington, D.C.- based journalist and has unparalleled knowledge of the 340B program. He is an intrepid reporter and gifted writer. Not only does he have a unique talent and passion for all things 340B, he has deep connections to all the key players in the 340B space. He previously served as Editorial Director at 340B Health. While at 340B Health, Mirga was lead editor and writer for the association’s blog and its members-only e-newsletter. He previously served as executive editor for a policy think tank in Washington, D.C, and as news editor of the trade newspaper Education Week.


Laura Gilcrest is a contributing writer to the 340B Report. A substantial part of her experience as a journalist has been focused on healthcare, including drug and device development, FDA regulation and healthcare policy. Laura has worked for a number of well-known news services, including Marketwatch, Reuters Health and United Press International. Laura received her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law and attended Ashland University for her undergraduate degree.


Business/Operations:

Diane Slafsky is Chief Operating Officer of 340B Report. Diane oversees 340B Report’s sponsorship and advertiser program. She is a key player in various initiatives including financial management, web site development and other creative projects. Diane received her Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina’s Gillings School of Global Public Health. She has worked for veterans health organizations and other non-profit groups.


Reshma Eggleston is the Director of Subscription Services. In addition to being 340B Report’s liaison to subscribers, she also assists the 340B Report team on creative projects and financial management. Reshma graduated from Virginia Tech with a degree in Operations Management. Prior to 340B Report, she worked for BAE Systems as an analyst on various contracts with the U.S. Navy. She is also the business manager for the Vienna Jammers Percussion Ensemble in Vienna, VA.


Lee-Anne Gabrielli is a Senior Advisor for 340B Report. Lee-Anne helps 340B Report in building its subscriber base and providing guidance on a variety of company initiatives. Prior to 340B Report, she spent a decade leading 340B Health’s partnership and exhibitor relationship management program. Lee-Anne has a strong network of connections in the 340B community including providers, industry and the government. Lee-Anne graduated from the College of Charleston in South Carolina.


Julie DeMaio is a Communications Associate at 340B Report. Julie plays a number of important roles for 340B Report including helping in marketing and social media efforts, working closely with our sponsors and helping to prepare and send out our bi-weekly e-newsletter. She graduated from Providence College with a degree in English. Previously, Julie held positions as director of marketing for a medical textbook publisher and production director for a publisher serving analytical and life scientists.


Inci Devin is a Data and Research Analyst at 340B Report. Inci reviews trends and assists with customer service and marketing. She also provides guidance to the 340B Report leadership team on a number of business and operational matters. Inci graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Building Science and developed her skills in the energy-efficiency field. Inci worked on energy-efficiency studies of commercial and industrial facilities as a project engineer and technical editor.
