Manage users, auto-renew settings, credit card information as a group subscription manager
The group subscription manager (person purchasing a subscription to a Group plan) is the sole contact responsible for billing, transactional emails, renewals, etc. The group subscription manager, in addition to having access to the site under the terms of the plan, has the responsibility for managing all of the individual member seats that are included in the group subscription.
First – access your account as the group manager:
- go to 340breport.com and login if you aren’t already (you will see the Sign In option in the top menu bar)
- once you are logged in, click “Account” in the top menu bar, then click “Manage Account” in the drop down
- if you get a pop up window, click on “Menu”
