Why am I not receiving the newsletter in my inbox?

Please add info@340breport.com to your safe email list. Otherwise, your emails may end up in your spam folder. If that doesn’t help, contact your IT department and ask them to make adjustments to allow you to receive our publication. You can let them know that we use MailChimp to send our emails. Remember that you can access all 340B Report content via the website with your login. You do not need the email to access content.

I am having trouble accessing full content!

Many times the reason is that you are not logged in to our website. Our system will log you out periodically and require you to log back in. All you need to do is click “Sign in” on the top menu bar and follow the steps to log in.

Sometimes clearing caches/cookies or a hard refresh will resolve login issues, especially if you have requested multiple sign in links or password reset links. We have listed how to do a hard refresh in some commonly used browsers below:

  • Chrome, Firefox, or Edge for Windows: Press Ctrl+F5 (If that doesn’t work, try Shift+F5 or Ctrl+Shift+R).
  • Chrome or Firefox for Mac: Press Shift+Command+R

Can I share my subscription with people outside of my organization?

No, your group subscription is limited to the employees of your company/organization and users must share the same business email extension. The number of users is defined by the subscription plan you purchased. Sharing of passwords, forwarding or copying articles or issues is expressly prohibited.

How do I reset my password?

Passwords are not required for your membership account. Instead, visit our sign in form, enter your email address and click Send sign in link. We’ll send you an email with a link that you can click to sign in. The link can only be used once and expires after 24 hours.

If you prefer to create a password, you can do so after you sign up for a membership. If you ever need to reset your password, click this link https://subscribers.340breport.com/auth/password/new, enter your email address, and then click send me reset instructions. To ensure the reset process is secure:

  • Password reset links automatically expire after 48 hours.
  • Password reset links can only be used once. If you click the link, and reset your password, the link becomes invalid.
  • If the link becomes invalid, delete the old reset email and start with a fresh password reset.

How do I update my email address? (Please note that our subscription policy requires that you use your individual, non-departmental, business email address.)

  • go to 340breport.com and login if you aren’t already (you will see the Sign In option in the top menu bar)
  • once you are logged in, click “Account” in the top menu bar, then click “Manage Account” in the drop down
  • if you get a pop up window, click on “Menu”
  • click on “Account”
  • in the section labeled “Name, Email, and Password”, click the right arrow (“>”) to update your name, email address or password


Manage users, auto-renew settings, credit card information as a group subscription manager

The group subscription manager (person purchasing a subscription to a Group plan) is the sole contact responsible for billing, transactional emails, renewals, etc. The group subscription manager, in addition to having access to the site under the terms of the plan, has the responsibility for managing all of the individual member seats that are included in the group subscription. The access and settings of the individual member accounts are inherited directly from the Group plan.

First – access your account as the group manager:

  • go to 340breport.com and login if you aren’t already (you will see the Sign In option in the top menu bar)
  • once you are logged in, click “Account” in the top menu bar, then click “Manage Account” in the drop down
  • if you get a pop up window, click on “Menu”
  • to invite new users, select “Subscriptions” 
  • copy and paste the link below the words “INVITE MEMBERS” into an email you will send to those that you wish to add (those invited must click the link and set up their login information to be added to the account)
  • to view or remove users
  • select “Subscriptions” 
  • select “Manage members”
  • you will see a list of your “active members”
  • click “Next” or the page number to view more users
  • to remove a user, click the 3 dots (…) to the right of their name, then click “Remove”
  • to change who manages your account
  • select “Subscriptions” 
  • select “Manage members”
  • locate the user who will become the new manager
  • click on the 3 dots (…) to the right of the user’s name
  • select “Promote to manager”
  • select “Remove yourself from the group” or “Remain in the group as a regular member” depending on your situation
  • click “Confirm”
  • to enable or disable auto-renew
  • select “Subscriptions” 
  • Click on “Cancel subscription”, then confirm by clicking the red “Cancel subscription” button
  • if you disable auto-renew, please email reshma.eggleston@340breport.com to make other payment arrangements in advance of your renewal date
  • add/update credit card
  • if you already have a credit card on file, click “Update card”.  You may also remove card information in this screen by clicking on the trash can icon.  Please note that if you remove your credit card, other payment arrangements will need to be made regarding your subscription renewal.
  • if you do not have a credit card on file, click “Add card”
  • to view or download a payment receipt for past orders, click “Orders” (Please note that this information is only accurate if you utilize the auto renew with credit card option on your account. All others should email reshma.eggleston@340breport.com to request a copy of their sales receipt.)
