An unsigned, undated copy entitled “Coalition Policy Principles” and marked “Highly Confidential” began circulating widely among 340B provider stakeholders during the past two days. According to sources, hospital group 340B Health sent a copy to its members in an email Tuesday, attributed it to “a PhRMA-led group,” and said it was in circulation on Capitol Hill.
