Due to public health emergency declarations in their states, entities in Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey, and New York can eligible enroll in 340B outside of 15-day fourth quarter registration period. The flexibility should continue for the emergencies’ duration.

The next regularly scheduled 340B registration period will be Jan. 1-15, 2022, for an effective start date of April 1, 2022.
