Panel Speakers:

Richard Davis: Richard Davis is a partner with the national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP. Richard has widespread experience with the 340B program and has worked with all types of 340B stakeholders to develop and optimize their program participation. Richard has represented 340B participating entities during HRSA audits and has successfully disputed and mitigated financial payback obligations related to those findings.

Michael French: Mike French is an associate with Quarles. Mike has unique experience in the 340B program, utilizing his former 340B consulting background to blend legal analysis with operational and financial considerations. Mike has assisted various types of 340B stakeholders optimize available 340B benefits while ensuring compliance with the program’s complex regulatory structure.

Mark Ogunsusi, Esq., Pharm.D.: Mark Ogunsusi is an associate at Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville. Mark focuses his practice primarily on regulatory matters involving pharmaceutical pricing and, specifically, the 340B program. In addition to his law degree, Mark is a doctor of pharmacy and worked at a 340B hospital. Mark regularly advises an array of healthcare entities on the nuances of the 340B program, the Medicaid drug rebate program, federal pharmacy law, food and drug law, and state pharmacy law. He has over ten years of experience as a pharmacist that inform his health law practice.

Ted SlafskyTed Slafsky is the Publisher & CEO of 340B Report, the only news and intelligence service exclusively covering the 340B program. Slafsky, who has over 25 years of leadership experience with the 340B program, is also Founder & Principal of the consulting firm Wexford Solutions. He served as President & CEO of 340B Health and held other senior positions at the organization during his 22-year tenure. George Puckett: George is CEO of Verity Solutions and will be moderating the panel discussion. George brings over 30 years of healthcare, pharmacy, inventory management and 340B experience to Verity. Prior to his current role as CEO of Verity, George was General Manager of the 340B business unit for Talyst – a national leader in pharmacy automation.
