Plenful was founded with a clear mission: to transform healthcare operations from the inside out. Our Founder and CEO Joy Liu experienced firsthand the inefficiencies, compliance challenges and operational pain points that healthcare teams face every day. With her background in healthcare technology and pharmacy operations, Joy recognized that healthcare needed a platform purpose-built by people who truly understand the work happening within the four walls of hospitals, pharmacies and health systems.
Our team is uniquely composed of former healthcare operators and leaders from organizations like Epic, Verity, Notable Health and CVS, alongside health systems such as Vanderbilt Medical Center, BayCare Health System and Shields Health Solutions. We’ve lived our clients’ challenges, navigated their systems and understand the complexity of their workflows firsthand. These operational insights, combined with our world-class AI and machine learning engineers, enable us to build AI-powered automation solutions on our agentic operating system that tackle healthcare’s most complex workflows, from 340B audit and optimization to intake authorization management.
