Q: What do you like to do outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with my children, reading, and endlessly researching random topics. I also love creating different recipes for giant bubble solutions, which my children and I test for size, float factor, and durability.

Q: What kind of work does your company do in 340B and what makes it stand out?

The Craneware Group specializes in providing software solutions and advisory services to healthcare providers, with a significant focus on the 340B program. We help covered entities optimize their 340B compliance and savings through our innovative solutions. This includes many intelligent applications available through our Trisus® 340B platform which ensures accurate program management and maximizes financial benefits.

What sets us apart is our comprehensive approach, combining cutting-edge technology with expert guidance to support our clients in delivering better health outcomes. Our commitment to excellence and deep industry knowledge make us a trusted partner in the 340B space.

Q: Why did you choose to work in the 340B space?

In my previous leadership roles within health system pharmacy, my focus was primarily on pharmacy operations, including procurement and the 340B program. I regularly witnessed and contributed to the development and expansion of clinical programs, co-pay assistance initiatives, and other community benefits. Many of these achievements would not have been possible without the 340B program that my teams and I managed.

When I decided to transition from the hospital and health system environment, I pursued career opportunities within the 340B sector. My goal was to leverage my experience and knowledge to assist other programs, hospitals, and clinics in optimizing their 340B programs. This, in turn, would enable them to provide the same community benefits that my previous entities enjoyed.

Q: What do you feel is your most significant contribution to the 340B world or to a 340B customer/client?

My team and I work directly with the entities we serve to maintain compliance and enhance their programs for increased savings and benefits. We review their programs and collaborate with them to create and implement strategic plans.

Q: What advice do you have for a young professional who has recently launched a career in the 340B space?

The 340B space is filled with diverse professionals from various backgrounds and industries, each with different levels of experience. There is so much to learn from those around you, and they can learn just as much from you.
