The group manager by default takes up a user slot, but if the manager does not need access to our publication, they can choose to give their slot to another colleague by following the steps below:
- While logged in, hover mouse cursor over “Account” located in the menu bar at the top right
- In the drop-down menu, click “Manage Account”
- If a new window opens, click on “Subscriptions,” then adjust the toggle next to “Group manager is also a member” so that it is gray (this removes them as a user)
- If a pop-up menu appears instead of a new window, click on “Menu” located in the top right, then “Subscriptions” and follow the same steps above to adjust the toggle button
