Q: What do you like to do outside of work?

I like to spend time with family and friends, especially outdoors. I am very into cooking/baking and trying out new crafts – most recently making fused glass coasters.

Q: What kind of work does your company do in 340B and what makes it stand out?

We help clients unlock more 340B savings by qualifying claims from outside or otherwise ineligible providers—backed by gold-standard compliance and rich clinical documentation at scale. Years ago, we saw this challenge coming and invested early in the teams, tech, and infrastructure to solve it. That foresight means we’re now able to rapidly integrate innovations like LLMs and automation—without compromising on compliance. Our platform is built to scale, flex, and evolve as fast as 340B does. What differentiates us isn’t just the tech, but rather the deeply integrated collaboration across product, tech, and ops with clients at the center.

Q: Why did you choose to work in the 340B space?

I chose to work in the 340B space because it provides a unique opportunity to make a tangible difference in healthcare, particularly for underserved communities. This work allows me to directly impact patient care by helping healthcare organizations recover their 340B savings and reinvest those funds into improving patient services and outcomes.

Q: What do you feel is your most significant contribution to the 340B world or to a 340B customer/client?

I love translating complex challenges into practical solutions through product and technology. One of my most rewarding contributions has been helping design approaches that drive real impact—like enhancing patient matching to uncover more 340B opportunities (accounting for misspellings, abbreviations, and data inconsistencies), and automating clinical documentation collection and audit using OCR and LLMs. It’s fulfilling to build tools that not only solve problems but also deliver meaningful improvements for clients.

Q: What advice do you have for a young professional who has recently launched a career in the 340B space?

Stay Informed! The 340B program is subject to changes in legislation and regulations. Keep yourself updated with the latest news, policy changes, and industry trends – these may unlock new opportunities to help your organization solve problems. Joining professional organizations and attending conferences can be beneficial, and it’s always great to meet others in the 340B space!
