Q: Where did you grow up?
I grew up in Northeast Philadelphia and am a proud product of the Philadelphia public school system. It was a diverse, dynamic environment that taught me how to relate to all kinds of people. I made friends from every background, learned to celebrate differences, and developed a deep appreciation for the power of community—lessons that continue to guide me personally and professionally.
Q: Where did you go to college/graduate school?
I earned my BA in Spanish and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, followed by a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing in London. I then completed a dual-degree program, earning my MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a Master’s in International Studies (with a focus on Spanish and Latin America) from the University of Pennsylvania.
Q: What are your favorites?
Food: Thai
Movie: Point Break
Musicians: Notorious BIG
Destination: Anywhere on my boat, Daddy’s Girl
Q: What do you like to do outside of work?
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me on a tennis court, cheering very loudly (and often in a silly costume) at my kids’ all-star cheer competitions—both Summit champs! When I’m not living that cheer mom life, I’m out on the boat cruising the west coast of Florida with friends and good tunes. Life outside the office is full of energy, sunshine, and sparkle.
Q: What kind of work does your company do in 340B and what makes it stand out?
Ravin Consultants helps covered entities optimize and grow their 340B programs while staying fully compliant. We’re known for our hands-on, white-glove approach—our team doesn’t just advise, we partner closely with clients to navigate the complexities of 340B with confidence. What sets us apart is the way we build real relationships with our clients—we know their kids’ names, we’re available by text, and we’re at their side for audits, growth strategy, and everything in between. Our deep expertise, personalized support, and unwavering commitment to client success make Ravin a trusted leader in the 340B space.
Q: Why did you choose to work in the 340B space?
Honestly, the 340B space chose me. I was incredibly inspired by Jennifer Lockwood—her leadership, her passion for the mission, and her commitment to empowering women drew me in immediately. I saw an opportunity to bring my classical marketing background into a highly specialized healthcare space where I could truly make a difference. The chance to help amplify the impact of organizations that serve vulnerable communities felt meaningful, and I knew I wanted to be part of that story.
Q: What do you feel is your most significant contribution to the 340B world or to a 340B customer/client?
My most significant contribution to the 340B world is helping our clients tell their story in a powerful, compelling way. So many covered entities are doing life-changing work, but they don’t always have the time, resources, or expertise to showcase their impact. I work with them to elevate their marketing—whether it’s refining their brand, creating materials that resonate with stakeholders, or building visibility in their communities. By helping them communicate their value, I support not just their 340B programs, but their ability to grow, gain support, and ultimately reach more patients.
Q: What advice do you have for a young professional who has recently launched a career in the 340B space?
My advice to a young professional entering the 340B space is to learn everything you can—and then use that knowledge to become an advocate. This program is complex, ever-changing, and often misunderstood, so it’s not enough to just know the rules. You have to understand the why behind them. Be a voice for the program, for the patients it serves, and for the providers working hard to stretch every dollar. Whether you’re in operations, compliance, or communications, we all play a role in defending and protecting 340B so it can continue making a difference in vulnerable communities.
