RxParadigm, founded by industry veteran Mesfin Tegenu, is dedicated to developing technology solutions that streamline the drug supply chain and eliminate inefficiencies. In response to the growing challenges that 340B stakeholders face —along with ongoing debates over eligibility, legal challenges, legislative changes, and increasing restrictions—RxParadigm has built the nation’s first neutral 340B clearinghouse with the goal of bringing stability and transparency to the program. In order for a clearinghouse to get buy in from all parties — 340B covered entities, the drug industry and government—it is critically important for it not be beholden to any particular industry stakeholder.
