Panel Speakers:

Mark Ogunsusi, Esq., Pharm.D, Associate, Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville
Mark is an associate at Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville. Mark focuses his practice primarily on regulatory matters involving pharmaceutical pricing and, specifically, the 340B program. In addition to his law degree, Mark is a doctor of pharmacy and worked at a 340B hospital. Mark regularly advises an array of healthcare entities on the nuances of the 340B program, the Medicaid drug rebate program, federal pharmacy law, food and drug law, and state pharmacy law. He has over ten years of experience as a pharmacist that inform his health law practice.

Ted Slafsky, Publisher & CEO, 340B Report
Ted is the Publisher & CEO of 340B Report, the only news and intelligence service exclusively covering the 340B program. Ted, who has over 25 years of leadership experience with the 340B program, is also Founder & Principal of the consulting firm Wexford Solutions. He served as President & CEO of 340B Health and held other senior positions at the organization during his 22-year tenure. Ted also played a key role in the development of the 340B Coalition, a large group of trade associations representing 340B providers.

Shannon Young, Associate Editor and Senior Writer, 340B Report
Shannon covers various 340B policy developments both in Washington and throughout the country as 340B Report’s Associate Editor and Senior Writer. Prior to joining 340B Report, Shannon covered the healthcare industry for Morning Brew’s Healthcare Brew. She also led POLITICO New York’s healthcare coverage in Albany, including former Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s handling of the Covid-19 pandemic and its aftermath. Shannon has more than a decade of experience reporting on federal and state government in Connecticut, Ohio, Massachusetts and New York. She is a graduate of Boston University.
