Equiscript, founded in 2009 in Charleston, SC, provides tools and services that improve patient access to medications and health outcomes. Initially focused on home delivery pharmacy services for health centers, Equiscript has since expanded into Specialty and Retail Claims Processing and Referral Capture. Recently, the company launched EQ Connect™, a data service providing clients access to real-time digital care notes from EHRs for over 96% of patients across all 50 states and healthcare settings.
Q: Provide some fun facts about your company:
- Tandem Health in Sumter, SC was our first client in 2009 and remains with us today—thanks, Tandem team!
- We process referral capture data feeds for major chains like CVS and Walgreens.
- Our new data services enhance patient outcomes and value-based care performance.
