After a record-setting 2024, where six states joined Arkansas and Louisiana in enacting contract pharmacy access laws, even more states are trying to follow suit with their own 340B discount protection bills in 2025—even as the drug industry continues to challenge state-level protections and eyes controversial 340B rebate models.
