Chad Johnson, PharmD, MBA, 340B ACE is Associate Principal, Covered Entity Refund Service (CRS) at Apexus. Covered entities work with CRS to refund manufacturers for ineligible purchases. Previously, Chad worked as 340B policy and compliance director at Apexus and as 340B program manager at Froedtert Hospital, a disproportionate share hospital in Milwaukee, WI. Chad holds PharmD and MBA degrees from Drake University. He completed a two-year health-system pharmacy administration residency at Froedtert and the Medical College of Wisconsin. He is also a 340B Apexus Certified Expert.
Conley Key, BAAS is a CRS Business Specialist at Apexus. Conley is responsible for handling project management of all CRS projects, contacting manufacturers, and processing repayments to manufacturers. Previously, he worked at AmerisourceBergen as a project coordinator. Conley holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts and sciences degree from the University of North Texas.
Daniel Neal, MBA, 340B ACE is the 340B Product and Service Leader at Cardinal Health, where he has worked almost exclusively in the 340B space. In his current role, he acts as the head subject matter expert on 340B issues for the Cardinal Health enterprise, leading the development of strategy, policies, and service offerings across all business units (such as pharmaceutical, specialty, medical, nuclear, corporate) and classes of trade (for example, hospital, retail, state government, manufacturer). He is also responsible for managing Cardinal Health’s 340B consulting business, which offers expert guidance and project support to 340B covered entities. Daniel received his MBA from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. He is also a 340B Apexus Certified Expert.
Hannah Rowell, 340B ACE is Senior 340B Consultant at Draffin Tucker. She is also the Director of Pharmacy Programs at Erie Family Health Centers, a federally qualified health center in the greater Chicago area serving approximately 88,000 patients annually. She assists in the day-to-day management of the pharmacy program and supports all 340B team members in compliance efforts. Hannah assisted in the design and maintenance of Erie’s 340B audit procedures and helps create and deliver educational programs across the organization, from front-line support staff to medical providers, as well as Erie leadership and the board of directors. She developed and implemented Erie’s clinically administered drug process and is actively engaged in advocacy to protect the 340B Program. Her previous experience in the medical field includes proteomics research at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics and dermatology research at University of California, San Francisco. Hannah received her BS in biology from the University of San Francisco. She is also a 340B Apexus Certified Expert.
