Webinar—The IRA’s Implications for 340B Stakeholders

SPONSORED CONTENT

Join Verity Solutions for a conversation on the latest policy and operational implications of the IRA and the 340B program with guest speakers Ted Slafsky of 340B Report and Felicity Homsted from FQHC 340B Compliance, moderated by Verity’s Matt Krah.

Landmark legislation allowing the government to negotiate Medicare drug prices was enacted as part of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) in 2022. Since then, the government has selected the first ten drugs for negotiation, and many other vital aspects of the law have gone into effect.

In this webinar session, speakers will unravel the IRA’s implications for 340B stakeholders. Our guest speakers will provide an overview of the law, the next steps in implementation, and how the election results could impact this initiative. You will also get an in-depth look at inflationary penalties, negotiated prices, and the financial implications for the 340B community.

This event is open to all 340B stakeholders.

*We appreciate the time you take to be with us. If your organization policy allows, please accept lunch on us! ($15-$20 value). You will have the option to opt-in or out at registration.
