Peggy is a principal in the law firm Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville. Peggy has spent her career understanding the complex policy problems faced by health systems, patient groups, and provider organizations, and influencing federal policy and decision-making on their behalf. Peggy is well versed in giving congressional and policy updates on subjects such as Medicare provider reimbursement and burden relief, patient safety, medical liability reform, the 340B Drug Pricing Program, including a focus on Ryan White Clinics, transplant policy, cancer early detection, genetic screening, and mental health.

Ted Slafsky, Publisher & CEO of 340B Report

Ted is the Publisher & CEO of 340B Report, the only news and intelligence service exclusively covering the 340B program. Slafsky, who has over 25 years of leadership experience with the 340B program, is also Founder & Principal of the consulting firm Wexford Solutions. He served as President & CEO of 340B Health and held other senior positions at the organization during his 22-year tenure. He also played a key role in the development of the 340B Coalition, a large group of trade associations representing 340B providers.

Bill von Oehsen, Principal, Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville

Bill is a principal in the law firm Powers Pyles Sutter & Verville. Bill has more than 30 years experience on pharmaceutical pricing and reimbursement matters. He played a key role in helping to enact the 340B program in 1992, as well as to expand the law in 2010 under the Affordable Care Act. Bill also helped establish and led 340B Health, the trade group for 340B hospitals. He played a critical role in the development of the 340B Coalition and serves as an outside counsel to Ryan White Clinics for 340B Access.
